In the next few pages I’m gonna “reframe” how you look at health and fitness…just a little — but enough to give you some big “Aha!” moments.

I’m gonna show you how to regain your natural movement skills and virtually ELIMINATE all movement related injuries…transforming you into the fit, wild and free human animal that you are.

But before we dive into the “nitty gritty” of natural movement, I want you to watch the following video. It will get you in the “wild” state of mind.

Are you excited? Awesome. Let’s start.

To say that the state of health in our modern world is bad would be a vast understatement. To say that people are sicker, fatter and more unhappy than ever before would be closer to the truth.

Today we are facing the biggest health epidemic in human history.

Every year, obesity rates rise and diseases like heart disease, cancer and diabetes claim the lives of millions. Not only this, but the general population is suffering more than ever before. Our minds are out of control, busyness pervades all aspects of life…and arthritis, chronic pain and stagnation have rendered many people incapable of performing even the most basic of physical tasks.

For the first time ever, it is expected that the current generation of children will live SHORTER lives than their parents. Heart disease, cancer, early onset diabetes… The list is endless.

Now youʼre probably wondering the obvious question: What is the cause of our physical and mental apathy? Why are we suffering both physically and mentally with such unprecedented acuteness?

The answer? Because our current habits, environment and way of life looks nothing like the one we evolved to embody.

Let me explain…

To better understand what Iʼm talking about, letʼs take a quick look at human evolution.

Humans originated in central Africa around 200,000 years ago. From this point until about 500 years ago (199,500 years)…we lived a ruggedly primal existence. We lived outdoors in direct exposure to plants, trees, sunlight, and fresh air. Food was grown and hunted directly from the earth, eaten fresh and without any unnatural processing. Life was spent performing functional movements that were imperative to our very survival: Running, jumping, climbing, lifting…

Life was harsh, physical and innately organic.

With this paleolithic picture fresh in your mind, letʼs look at the changes that have taken place in the last TINY fragment of human history. In the past 500 years (with most occurring in the past 100) we have undergone an absolutely mind-boggling transformation–a metamorphosis of advancement and human ingenuity that has made movement truly optional, isolated us from our natural habitat, and is wrecking HAVOC on our overall health and happiness.

Today, most of us spend our days indoors in sterile buildings with little or no sunlight. We move in boring, non functional ways or not at all, we consume refined and processed foods of no real nutritional value…we are no longer challenged to sweat, adapt and survive.

In our incessant advancement, we have created a population of people who are living at odds with our very genetic evolution as human animals…and we are suffering immensely because of it.

By now, my initial statement is probably starting to make more sense.

We are living in a world that is foreign, unnatural and highly destructive to our bodies and minds. Because we evolved to embody a wild, physical and primal life in nature, our modern world is fundamentally at odds with the way we as humans have adapted to live.

How have we evolved to live?

Weʼve evolved to live wild.
